The success of ARCH by HomeScreen is dependent on our landlord partnerships. We can only achieve our goal of ending homelessness if we have places for people to call home on the platform.
Benefits of being an ARCH Landlord
Free tenant screening from HomeScreen including national criminal background and national eviction searches
Approve and deny applications based on your own screening criteria for residents including income, credit rating, prior evictions, and criminal background requirements
Quarterly check-ins from HomeScreen staff during the first year of tenancy to mediate any issues, including connection to professional mediation services as needed
With the help of our 175+ landlords we have helped house over 50 households in the St. Louis area
NonProfit Partners
Our nonprofit partners lead the complex work of ending homelessness. Our goal is to help them quickly find and secure housing for their clients through ARCH by HomeScreen. We continually form new partnerships, seek feedback, and improve ARCH until homelessness no longer exists in our community.
